Pawosa provides Free Standard Shipping on every order shipped to the United States, Canada, or Singapore. There is no minimum order value for free shipping.

The shipping charge displayed at checkout for these destinations is $0.00 USD.

Processing and Estimated Delivery

Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. The following estimates represent the expected total delivery window, including normal order processing:

  • United States: approximately 6–7 business days
  • Canada: approximately 5–6 business days
  • Singapore: approximately 9–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weekends, public holidays, carrier delays, customs reviews, severe weather, high-volume periods, and an incorrect or incomplete delivery address can extend delivery time.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout after the order ships. Tracking information can take 24–72 hours to show its first carrier update.

International Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly collected at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Shipments

If tracking has not updated for several business days, the package appears lost, or the shipment arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and relevant photographs when applicable. We will review the available tracking and fulfillment information and assist with the next appropriate step.
