These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Pawosa website, online store, products, content, features, tools, customer accounts, and related services.

Throughout these Terms, “Pawosa,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Pawosa. “You” and “your” refer to the person accessing our website or purchasing from our store.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer products and services to you.

By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our services.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

4. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product names, descriptions, materials, sizes, features, images, prices, availability, and warnings accurately.

Screen settings may affect the appearance of colors.
Packaging may change without materially changing the product.
Measurements may have reasonable manufacturing variations.
Product availability may change.
Third-party branded products remain products of their stated manufacturers.

Pawosa does not claim to manufacture a third-party branded product unless the product page clearly states otherwise.

We may correct an inaccurate description, image, price, availability statement, or other genuine error. Where a material error affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate option, which may include confirmation, cancellation, or refund.

Nothing in this section excludes responsibility for materially misleading product information or other responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Pet Product Safety

Pet products should be selected and used according to the animal’s species, size, age, health, temperament, and behavior.

Customers are responsible for:

Reading product descriptions, instructions, dimensions, and warnings
Selecting an appropriate product
Supervising pets where appropriate
Inspecting products regularly for wear or damage
Discontinuing use if a product becomes damaged or unsafe
Keeping small components away from children and animals when they may create a choking risk

Pet products are not substitutes for veterinary diagnosis or treatment. Contact a veterinarian or qualified professional regarding medical, behavioral, grooming, or safety concerns.

These instructions do not limit rights relating to a defective, unsafe, or incorrectly supplied product.

6. Availability and Purchase Limits

Products are offered subject to availability.

We may reasonably limit quantities per customer, household, payment method, address, or order where necessary to:

Manage limited inventory
Prevent unauthorized resale
Prevent fraud
Correct an error
Comply with legal requirements
Protect customers and our business

A product appearing on our website does not guarantee permanent availability.

7. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products listed in the order.

Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance, begin fulfillment, or dispatch the order, depending on the circumstances.

We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment

If Pawosa cancels a paid order before fulfillment, the amount collected for the cancelled products will be refunded to the original payment method.

We will not cancel an order for discriminatory or otherwise unlawful reasons.

8. Order Changes and Customer Cancellations

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after processing or fulfillment has begun.

If an order has already shipped, the applicable Return and Refund Policy will govern the request.

9. Prices, Currency, and Payment

Product prices are displayed on the applicable product page and confirmed during checkout.

Unless otherwise indicated:

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website or during checkout.
Prices may change before an order is placed.
A price change will not normally affect an order already accepted, except where there is an obvious error.
Applicable discounts are shown before payment.
Applicable taxes are calculated or displayed during checkout where required.
The final order total is displayed before you submit payment.

Pawosa provides free standard shipping with no minimum order value for eligible orders shipped to the United States, Canada, and Singapore. Eligible orders display a shipping charge of $0.00 USD at checkout.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly collected during checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Payments are processed through Shopify and available payment providers. Pawosa does not directly store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.

10. Discounts and Promotions

Promotions are subject to the terms displayed with the applicable offer.

Unless an offer expressly states otherwise:

Discount codes cannot be combined.
Discounts do not apply to previous purchases.
Discounts have no cash value.
Eligibility and product restrictions may apply.
A promotion may expire at the stated time.
Refunds are based on the amount actually paid.

We may correct or withdraw a promotion published in genuine error, subject to applicable law and any rights arising from an already accepted order.

No discount is valid unless it is active and accepted during checkout.

11. Shipping Destinations and Costs

Pawosa currently provides eligible shipping to:

Canada
Singapore

Free standard shipping is available for eligible orders to these destinations without a minimum purchase requirement.

Shipping availability may depend on the product, address, legal restrictions, carrier coverage, or other legitimate delivery limitations.

12. Processing and Delivery

Orders are generally processed according to the handling period stated in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates and transit periods are estimates and are not guarantees.

Delivery may be affected by:

Carrier operations
Customs processing
Severe weather
Public holidays
High-volume periods
Address problems
Security reviews
Events outside the reasonable control of Pawosa or the carrier

We will not be responsible for a delay caused solely by events outside our reasonable control, but this does not remove our responsibility to provide reasonable assistance or any remedy required by applicable law.

13. Lost, Damaged, Misdelivered, or Undelivered Orders

Pawosa does not automatically transfer all responsibility to the customer when an order ships.

If an order is reported as lost, damaged, misdelivered, or not received, we may review:

Tracking records
Carrier information
Delivery confirmation
Fulfillment records
The delivery address provided
Photographs or video
Communications with the customer
Other relevant evidence

Customers should contact us promptly and cooperate with any reasonable carrier investigation.

Where a claim is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with our policies and applicable law. A remedy may include replacement, refund, reshipment, or another reasonable resolution depending on the circumstances.

14. Incorrect Addresses and Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Contact us promptly if an address correction is required. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.

If delivery fails because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, reasonable reshipment or return costs may apply. We will disclose any applicable charge before requiring payment.

This section does not apply where the delivery failure resulted from an error by Pawosa, the fulfillment provider, or the carrier.

15. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns and refunds are governed by our published Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You retain ownership of original content you submit.

By submitting text intended for publication, you grant Pawosa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content for operating and promoting Pawosa, subject to applicable law and your privacy rights.

Photographs and videos will be published only where appropriate permission has been provided.

You represent that:

You own the submitted content or have permission to submit it.
The content reflects a genuine experience.
The content is not knowingly false or misleading.
The content does not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual-property, or other legal rights.
The content is not unlawful, threatening, abusive, obscene, or malicious.
The content does not contain malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising.

We may moderate, reject, or remove submitted content for legitimate reasons, including violations of these Terms or our Review Standards.

We will not suppress a review solely because it is critical.

18. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Pawosa website and its original content—including branding, layout, text, graphics, photographs, logos, and design elements—are owned by or licensed to Pawosa and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party names, logos, product images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

You may use the website for personal, lawful shopping purposes.

We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services that we do not control. However, this does not exclude responsibility for our own selection, instructions, representations, or conduct where applicable law imposes such responsibility.

20. Shopify’s Role

Shopify provides the ecommerce platform used to operate the Pawosa store.

Purchases made through Pawosa are transactions between the customer and Pawosa, except where a separate payment, financial, shipping, or other service is expressly provided by another party.

Shopify may process information and provide services under its own terms and privacy policies.

Nothing on the Pawosa website should be interpreted as Shopify endorsing a particular Pawosa product unless Shopify expressly states otherwise.

21. Acceptable Use

You may not use our website or services to:

Violate applicable law
Commit or facilitate fraud
Infringe intellectual-property rights
Harass, threaten, or harm others
Transmit malicious code
Circumvent security systems
Collect personal information unlawfully
Interfere with website functionality

24. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability arising from:

Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

Gross negligence where it cannot legally be excluded
Death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable
Defective products where applicable law imposes liability
Breach of non-waivable consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms makes the customer responsible for a loss caused by Pawosa’s own unlawful conduct.

25. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses reasonably incurred by Pawosa because of your intentional unlawful conduct, fraudulent activity, infringement of another party’s rights, or material violation of these Terms.

This section does not require a consumer to indemnify Pawosa for Pawosa’s own negligence, misconduct, breach, defective products, or violation of law.

26. Events Outside Reasonable Control

Neither party will be responsible for delay or failure caused solely by events outside its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, major carrier disruptions, war, civil unrest, government action, widespread network failure, or severe weather.

The affected party must take reasonable steps to reduce the impact.

This section does not remove obligations to issue a refund or provide another remedy where required by law.

27. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using our services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

Fraud
Security threats
Unlawful activity
Repeated or material violations of these Terms
Abuse of customers, staff, or systems
Legal or regulatory requirements

Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

Termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose before termination, including accepted orders, payment obligations, refunds, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, and dispute-resolution rights.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Delaware and applicable federal laws of the United States, without unnecessarily restricting any mandatory consumer protection available to you under the laws of your place of residence.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

This informal process does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or exercising a right that cannot legally be restricted.

30. Severability

If a court or competent authority finds part of these Terms unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

31. No Waiver

If Pawosa does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not permanently waive the right to enforce it later.

A waiver is effective only when clearly made by an authorized representative.

32. Assignment

You may not transfer your contractual rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent where the transfer would materially affect Pawosa.

Pawosa may transfer its rights and obligations as part of a legitimate sale, merger, restructuring, financing, or transfer of the business, provided that the transfer does not unlawfully reduce your rights.

33. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies and information expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Pawosa services.
